We are working on collecting information in regards to studio spaces (experiences, needs and availablity) in the London and NYC areas. Please feel free to participate no matter where your studio is located. Interest from other areas will dictate the future scope of this project. This questionnaire should refer to current studio practices. If you do not have studio at this time, please answer the questions as to your most recent studio situation. For the purpose of this questionnaire, a studio space is any space an artist carves out for themselves to make work - at home, away from home, paid, unpaid, etc. Even if your current practice is mostly administrative, or solely on the computer and you work from a small home office, please consider that your workspace.

All personal information will be confidential and all answers annonymous. Supplying your name and contact info on this form will only be used by galleryELL within the framework of this project to confirm you are who you say you are and will give us the ability to contact you should we need to in regards to this project. You will not be added to any mailing lists and your personal information will never be revealed to the public in any way.
